In our busy lives we often don’t take time out to reconnect with ourselves. This weekend retreat is the perfect opportunity to recharge the soul, to slow down, enjoy the beauty of nature around you and reconnect to yourself. Feel revitalised, refreshed, happier and renewed as you learn how to transform your yoga practice beyond the mat and into all aspects of your daily life.

An intimate retreat with a max of 14 participants this is an experience not to be missed!!

Beachside Retreat:

Just one hour from Adelaide, the small coastal town of Carrickalinga is known for its beautiful beaches recognised by Lonely Planet as the best beach in SA! This beachfront retreat is the perfect place to wind down and soothe the soul. A peaceful, clean, fresh, natural environment, sit back and watch the sunset or take a stroll along the beach. w

With a combination of bunkbed and queen bed accommodations

2 rooms with Queen sized beds (perfect for any couples) and 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds perfect for friends or creating new ones

2 bathrooms and spacious living rooms and deck for yoga, relaxing and chilling out after the day’s activities.

7:30 pm: Meditation/yoga nidra


7:00-8:00 am: Pranayama/meditation

8:00-10:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am – 11:30am: asana

yoga props blocks, strap, bolsters and blankets (if required)

cushion, blanket or bolster to sit for meditations

shawl or light blanket for morning and evening meditations

Comfortable clothing appropriate for activities.

Booking Conditions:

To secure you place on the yoga retreat a 50% non-refundable deposit is required (in the event of cancellation if another student is able to take your place a refund will be granted)

Remainder of balance to be paid 30 days prior to retreat commencement
