 An intimate retreat with a max of 11 participants this is an experience not to be missed!!

Just one hour from Adelaide, Springmount Retreat  is a genuine Eco-retreat situated on 90 acres of pristine bush-land with panoramic views of the South Coast and beautiful Inman Valley. A peaceful, clean, fresh, natural environment, watch the Eagles soar above you from the deck or take a short walk with resident kangaroos and an abundance of birdlife.


Springmount Retreat caretakers believe they are guardians of this land and would like all visitors to equally respect this amazing place and enjoy the 90 acres similar to a Conservation Park

  • Bunkhouse shared accommodation comprises of three rooms with 3 single bed and 1 double bed bunk.
  • Each room has one double bunk and three singles and sleeps 4 to 5 people.
  • Separate Out-house shower and toilet provides for privacy and a unique bush experience.
  • Spacious living room and deck for yoga, relaxing and chilling out after the day’s adventure activities.


Retreat Schedule


3:00-4:00 pm: Arrival

4:00-6:00 pm: Opening Circle & Yoga Practice

6:30 pm: Dinner

7:30 pm: Meditation/yoga nidra



7:00-9:00 am: Yoga Asana/meditation

9:00-10:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am – 11:00am: free time/adventure

1:00 pm: Lunch
/free time

4:00-6:00 pm: Yoga practice

6:30 pm: Dinner



7:00-9:00 am: Yoga Asana/meditation

9:00-10:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am – 12:30pm: adventure

12:30 pm: Lunch

1:00 pm: Closing Circle

1:30 pm: Departure

  • sleeping bags and pillowcases (feel free to bring your own sleeping sheets if preferred)

What to bring:

  • yoga mat
  • yoga props blocks, strap, bolsters and blankets (if required)
  • cushion, blanket or bolster to sit for meditations
  • shawl or light blanket for morning and evening meditations
  • Comfortable clothing appropriate for activities.
  • Swimwear, towel and warm clothes.
  • Sun-protection
  • Water bottle
  • Protective footwear for aquatics (aqua shoes or old sneakers)
  • Hat

  • Rash vest / shirt
  • Personal wetsuit (waters are cool)


Yoga only $430 per person

Yoga, Paddleboard and Surf $515 per person
