Booking Terms And Conditions

1. To confirm your place on our Bali retreat a deposit of $500AUD must be made upon booking.

NOTE: If a booking is made two months in advance of the start of the retreat, the whole amount is required to confirm a place.

3. Prices are based per person.

4. Flights are NOT included.

5. Travel insurance is required that adequately covers you for all activities  and medical treatment while travelling abroad. A signed liability waiver and proof of insurance is required prior to participation.

6. Guests must be at least 18years of age.

7. It is the responisibility of all guest to ensure they have a valid passport and necessary visa for travelling to Bali.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your placement on the retreat, you must do so in writing. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

Refund policy

If the balance of the retreat fee is not received by the notified due date (60 prior to retreat commencement), a student’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The student will forfeit the deposit paid. Reminders will be sent close to the due date.

If the retreat is full, we still accept bookings and your deposit of $500 will hold a place on the waitlist. If we’re unable to confirm your place, you will have the choice to either have your deposit fully refunded or transferred to another course.

If a student withdraws from the retreat after payment of full fees, the following refund policy applies.*

If the student withdraws 28 days or more prior to course commencement, the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid minus $500 non-refundable deposit. If another student is able to take you place  you will receive a full refund minus 25% of the $500 deposit.

If the student withdraws between 15-27  the student will receive 50 percent of the full retreat fee minus the non refundable deposit.

If the student withdraws between 1-14 days prior to retreat commencement or withdraws after the retreat starts, the student will receive no refund.

Zoe Trenwith Yoga reserves the right to cancel any event if necessary. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund of all monies will be returned to the client.

Zoe Trenwith Yoga is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.

Photo / Video Release

I hereby grant to Zoe Trenwith Yoga the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I feature that are taken during the course of the retreat to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Zoe Trenwith’s business.

I hereby release and discharge Zoe Trenwith Yoga from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
