This workshop will help you to find YOUR optimal alignment. We’ll discover different techniques and identity our own strength and weaknesses as well as developing a deeper understanding of your individual anatomical structure. Through this deeper understanding we will learn some of our common misalignments and how we can safely and successfully correct them to get the most out of our physical asana practice. We’ll explore common postures such as Downward Dog, Chaturangha and Upward Dog as well as open the space up for you to work on the asana YOU want to work on. This is a great workshop for complete beginners to advanced students. For the fellow teachers in the room we’ll learn how to identify misalignments and how to best adjust and assist our individual students through deeper anatomical knowledge.
